Website/Phone orders.

You can order either online or over the phone. When you place an order, we will require your name, e-mail address and payment details.. A contact telephone number is also required so that we may reach you if there is a problem with your order. An email confirmation will be sent to you once we receive and process your order and will advise you of the delivery timescale for your order.

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Services Representatives either by email or by phone.

Returns and cancellation policy.

We offer a full 14 day returns policy. Under the Loi Hamon de Juin 2014 and distance selling regulations, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products. Goods (except special order and sale items) may be returned to us at the customers expense for a full refund, less original delivery costs. Refunds will be paid provided goods are returned to us in their original, undamaged packaging and in an unused and perfect condition. Prior to ordering, it is your responsibility to accurately measure up and ensure the items can be successfully delivered. Couronne do not accept any responsibility for items that cannot fit into residences or that cannot be delivered due to access restrictions.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Couronne and if an item is returned and deemed to have been used or is damaged upon inspection, we are not obliged to provide a refund, the goods will remain the property of the buyer and it is the responsibility of the buyer to collect the item from Couronne’s premises.

Damaged items and receiving goods.

All our items are quality checked before being dispatched to our customer and the customers must unpack all items and check them before signing the delivery couriers paperwork and before they depart. By signing the delivery note, you are agreeing that your order has been delivered in good condition and that the order is correct. Failure to note damage to items on the couriers delivery note will nullify the customers rights to a replacement or refund. Simply marking the couriers paperwork with for example “unchecked” is not sufficient proof that the goods arrived damaged and will not be accepted.  Any anomalies or damage must be noted on the couriers paperwork.

In the unlikely event that you find that an item has been damaged, please contact us at info@couronnedeco.fr within 72 hours of delivery to notify us that there is a problem and we can organise for a replacement item to be dispatched. If we are unable to replace a damaged or faulty item, then you will be entitled to a full refund including original delivery charge for that item. All claims made more than 72 hours after delivery cannot be accepted.
